Unique value:
Find the Unique value is on the Edit <Name> Trigger page.
The unique value is a single field used to determine if data has changed since the previous workflow instance. Before the workflow instance starts, the polling trigger checks the designated field in the data set for changes. If no changes to the field are found, the workflow instance does not run. However, if any change is detected, the workflow instance changes only the modified records.
Recommendation: Use the date-modified field because it changes with every modification. Designate a unique variable carefully because changes to undesignated fields are not reviewed. -
URI:
Uniform Resource Identifier is a sequence of characters that distinguishes one resource from another. -
URL:
Uniform Resource Locator identifies and locates web pages.

User Management:
Administration of permissions that establish which users can access an application’s data and how those users can work with that data: Create, Read-Only, Update, and Delete (CRUD). Each user is assigned to a user role or user group that sets user access and actions. This is the first line of security. -
User role:
Set of permissions for access and action established for one or more user, according to work responsibilities. -
UTC or Coordinated Universal Time
Primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks and time. IT is the successor to Greenwich Meantime. -
UUID:
