Workflow Naming Conventions

Standardized workflow names ensure that the workflow can be found easily as workflows are built.

Use a name that states the workflow's purpose:

{data} | {trigger app} >> {posting app}

• Invoice | Concur >> Acumatica
• Expense | Concur >> QBO

When a workflow triggers another workflow, use the following format:

{data} (Get Data) | {trigger app} >> {posting app}

• Expense (Get Data) | Concur >> Fusion 

• Cash Expense (Post Data) | Concur >> Fusion 

• Card Expense (Post Data) | Concur >> Fusion
