Cloudsnap provides three types of logs the summarize events within the platform.
Daily Digest: See Daily Digest.
The Trigger log indicates when the platform pulled new data. The log provides a link to the workflow instance that processed the new data.
To view a trigger log, click Trigger Logs under Advanced Services in the left sidebar of the platform.
Review of a workflow’s instances within a selected date range, whether they succeeded or failed. A user can to view instances for general workflow itself or details of a workflow instance to review how it failed. To view a workflow log, click Workflow Logs under Integration Management on the left in the Cloudsnap platform.
