Certificate Signing Request (CSR):
Specially formatted encrypted message sent from a SSL digital certificate applicant to a certificate authority (CA). The CSR contains the information the CA requires to issue a certificate. The request must contain your public key. ADP provides a form that you used to add all needed information to authenticate the request. -
Client
A client is a business entity that accesses Cloudsnap services through another parent corporation that is a direct Cloudsnap customer. See Set up multiple clients.
- Cloud Application:
Any application that resides within the IT cloud, not the customer’s IT environment. The app can be connected to another cloud application or one within the customer’s IT environment. -
Cloudsnap Agent:
The Cloudsnap agent on a customer’s premises and the Agent App on the Cloudsnap platform creates a secure web socket connection that passes between the private network and the platform. -
Concurrency:
Number of workflow events (steps) that can run simultaneously. When workflow steps run in parallel, they may not run in the order to ensure accurate results. See Edit Workflow Details. -
Connector:
A connector creates a secure tunnel between applications that use REST APIs or between applications that use non-REST APIs. As data from the source application moves inside the pipeline, it can be transformed and reformatted into data that the destination application can handle and store. Data can move and be transformed in both directions. Cloudsnap provides cloud and on-premises connectors. -

CSV file:
Comma-Separated Values file is a delimited text file that uses commas to separate values. Each line of a file is a data record that contains one or more fields, separated by commas. CSV formats are best used with datasets where each record has the same fields. A CSV file typically stores tabular data. It is a common data exchange format for consumer, business, and scientific applications.
