The Daily Digest tracks daily workflow instances. It accesses the same records that are in the Workflow Logs, but only the instances run for a single day appear. The default is today’s date; however, you can choose a past date.
To access the Daily Digest

From the Cloudsnap Platform, click Resources then Daily Digest.

Search for the needed workflow.

Workflow: Click the down arrow to the right of the workflow then scroll and click a workflow to view its daily instances.

Date (defaults to today’s date.)
Note: Click the calendar to choose a past date. -
Status: Pending, Successful, Unsuccessful

Review the instances:

Status:
-
Currently Running
-
Completed successfully
-
Failed
-
-
Identifier: Order ID, Invoice, or any distinguishing information to make the instance unique. The identifier must be configured in business object in the workflow to appear. Otherwise, the field is blank.

Created by:
-
Trigger Event, automatic mechanism in the workflow.
-
User Event was started manually.
-
Other was restarted when the instance was marked to automatically resume.

Attempts: the number of times the instance has attempt to run to completion.
To view the latest error

For a quick view of the latest errors, click the down arrow to the right of View Instance in the failed instance row.

For details of each attempt, click the down arrow to the right of the Attempt.

Click the Action button for details to complete one of the following actions:

Resume
-
Mark as ‘Success’

Relaunch
