Search for Workflow Instance Advanced Details

1. Click Workflow Logs in the left sidebar of the Cloudsnap Platform to open the Instances page to search for instances that ran on a single day or within a date range.

2. Select the search variables. Always choose a date or a date range. Workflow and Status are optional.
   Note: The page defaults to today’s date. A date range is recommended unless you know that date the instance was run.

   1. Click in Beginning Date and Ending Date to use the calendar to set the date range.

   2. Select a Workflow by its name in the drop-down list at the top of that page.

   3. Select one of the following Statuses:

      • Success

      • Failed

      • Waiting

      • Running

      • Scheduled

3. Click Search to go to a list of workflow instances that match the search criteria.
4. Click the Workflow name (in blue) to proceed to details about the workflow instance.
   When you click on an instance, you can view and edit workflow instance information. See Workflow Instance Advanced Details.
