Clients receive the email after designating notification recipients and intervals for each workflow on the Workflow Edit page. A Workflow Report is sent via email at designated intervals to notify clients of workflow instance failures and successes.
You can set up to receive notifications only when one or more workflow instances fail during the designated interval.
The workflow report email indicates each failed instance and its errors. It also provides a direct link to the Workflow Instance page where the error can be corrected.
The workflow report below was assigned to Engineering with a 24-hour interval for failed instances only. (See yellow highlighted text). Click the Show instances button to go to the Workflow Instance page to review and correct the data error. See Edit Failed API Calls.
