This guide will walk you through the process of removing an SFTP integration in Paylocity.
Follow these steps only if the SFTP integration and Schedule are no longer needed.
Section 1: Before You Begin
Important Notes
- You must have the company administrator role in Paylocity.
Section 2: Remove the SFTP integration in Paylocity
- Step 1: In the main menu, select Reports & Analytics > Reporting.
- Step 2: On the sub-menu, click Reporting Settings.
- Step 3: First, locate the specific integration you wish to remove. Click on the three horizontal dots next to it, and then select Delete from the dropdown menu.
- Step 4: Click, Delete. Once deleted, the integration will no longer appear in the External Integrations list.
Section 3: Remove report Schedule in Paylocity
- Step 1: While still in the Reporting Settings section, navigate to the sub-menu and select Schedules.
- Step 2: Locate the specific schedule you wish to remove. Click on the three horizontal dots next to it, and then select Delete from the dropdown menu.
- The Schedule will be When Any Payroll Completes and the Scheduled Report name should be 00 GL Cloudsnap.
- Step 3: Click, Delete. Once deleted, the schedule will no longer appear in the External Integrations list.
