Overview
This guide will walk you through establishing a connection required for the Google Workspace (Admin Console) integration. It's divided into two sections.
Paylocity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Section 1: Before You Begin
Google Workspace Administrator Role
- This integration supports Google Workspace (Admin Console).
- The integration requires a Google Workspace (Admin Console) Super Admin role and an External login.

This task will be completed by a representative from Paylocity while on a call with the Customer.
- Step 1: On the left menu, click/expand Integration Management.
- Step 2: Click Apps from the drop-down menu.
- Step 3: Scroll down until you see the Google Workspace application. Click the application icon or anywhere within the row where the Google Workspace application is located.

Task 2: Customer Connects to Google Workspace
This Task will be completed by the Customer while still on the call with their Paylocity representative.
- Step 1: Paste the link into your browser and press Enter. It will take you to the Connect Paylocity to Google Workspace screen. The only field that needs to be filled out is the Email field. Make sure to use the email address of a Google Workspace admin.

- Step 3: You will see the screen below. Click the Connect button.
- Step 3: You will be prompted to sign in to your Google account. After signing in, you will see the screen below that asks you to allow access to your Google account. Click the Allow button.
